Comprehensive Individualized Care

I am a solo practitioner which means you will always get comprehensive one on one care. I allow up to an hour per session to allow adequate time to perform thorough assessments and treatments. Because I work by myself, the clinic atmosphere is quiet with minimal distractions.

My Approach

As is the title of the clinic, I believe creating good health habits is important for recovery and injury prevention. We will work together to get you set up on a good routine and work through your individual barriers. I understand everyone has different time availabilities and interests. We can try to be creative and incorporate moving into your interests. I believe recovery is more than just selecting the right exercise. Sleep, nutrition, and stress play a big role in our bodies ability to heal. I can provide basic info on these topics, or if your case requires more complex solutions, we can work together to get you in touch with the appropriate practitioner to help collaborate with your care.

What I treat

I can treat a variety of different issues. My specialty is in orthopedics but also have 9 years of experience treating sports, concussions, mobility deficits and fall risk, strengthening, performance improvement, chronic pain, and acute injuries. I really enjoy working with the golf community and have taken a Titleist Performance Institute course. My goal is to have you enjoy the game of golf with less pain and hopefully more distance! I also have a running and basketball background but enjoy working with all recreational and competitive athletes.
